About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer service-minded Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders after verifying the customer's complaint.
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaints on repair orders.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Be a punctual and dependable team player.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to prevent mishandling.
• Work effectively with technicians and the parts department to ensure quality service.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
