About the role

Our very busy shop in San Jose is in need of an outstanding Service Advisor/Assistant Manager. You will be joining an outstanding, well-experienced team of automotive professionals who prioritize top-notch customer service. As a leader in the automotive aftermarket with over 700 shops spanning coast-to-coast, Meineke seeks driven and talented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of and sales experience with modern automotive systems such as brakes, electrical, suspension and maintenance needs.
• Supervise shop staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in an aftermarket or dealership assistant/service manager role.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Skills

• Knowledge of modern automotive systems (brakes, electrical, suspension, maintenance).
• Sales experience.
• Experience supervising shop staff.

Pay

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
