The Opportunity:

McGrath Kia of Highland Park is not your average dealership. We cater to a highly affluent clientele who expect nothing less than five-star, Ritz-Carlton-level hospitality. We don’t just fix cars; we manage our clients' time, safety, and peace of mind.

What You Will Do:

  • White-Glove Arrival: Greet guests immediately at their vehicle, performing a comprehensive walk-around utilizing our iPad lane software to document concerns accurately.
  • Consultative Advising: Act as a trusted expert. Present maintenance menus clearly, educating the guest on the critical importance of routine factory maintenance without using high-pressure tactics.
  • Seamless Logistics: Efficiently manage our premium loaner fleet using TSD software, ensuring clients are kept mobile and comfortable.
  • Proactive Communication: Be the ultimate liaison between our certified technicians and the guest. Keep the client constantly informed with accurate promise times—never making them call you for an update.
  • Drive Revenue & Safety: Intelligently prioritize technician recommendations based on primary concerns, safety-related items, and routine maintenance, clearly explaining the "why" behind every service.
  • Flawless Execution: Accurately and efficiently process all paperwork, closing out repair orders with precision.
  • Client Retention: Build deep, lasting relationships that promote consistent repeat and referral business.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • The Ultimate Professional: You are engaging, friendly, and possess a hospitality-first mindset.
  • Driven to Succeed: You are hungry, self-motivated, and thrive in a high-volume environment where your performance dictates your success.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred. Experience in high-end automotive, luxury retail, or premium hospitality is a massive plus.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license are required.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward driven top-performers.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Life, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid Vacation and Holidays.
  • The opportunity to advance your career and seamlessly transition into our brand-new, cutting-edge facility upon its completion.
