Automotive Service Advisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance
• Advises customer on necessary and suggested services
• Recommends and offers additional services and repairs to customer
• Computes service order costs and provides estimate costs for additional repairs
• Follows up with customer regarding questions or concerns
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Service Advisor experience in automotive environment
• Strong communication skills
• Performs well under pressure
• Proficient with computer, organizational and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license required
• SUBMIT AND COMPLETES A SUCCESSFUL BACKGROUND CHECK AND PRE-Employment DRUG SCREEN
