Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with purchases
• Utilizing computer systems to manage inventory and service work orders
• Explaining invoices
• Processing payments
• Performing maintenance tasks such as installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing and installing tires, and conducting oil changes
• Interpreting vehicle inspection results and recommending appropriate services

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and speak English
• Pass pre-employment screening

Qualifications

Prior auto repair and retail experience are preferred. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment.
