Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Advisor at Napleton’s Lexus of Wayzata. In this critical role you will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and guiding vehicle owners through maintenance decisions to keep their vehicles in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to identify and address all vehicle maintenance needs
• Write transparent repair orders that clearly state cost and time estimates
• Maintain exceptional, timely communication—updating customers throughout the service process
• Coordinate frequently with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely completion of work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and coworkers
• Use cutting-edge fixed operations technology
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize technology
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• At least 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Pay

Potential pay range of $60,000–$120,000 per year, including incentive-based pay so your skills and effort drive your income.
