Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services
• Update customers with estimates, inspection results, and provide timely information
• Answer customer phone calls promptly and courteously, striving to satisfy callers
• Review completed work and recommendations, and collect payments from customers
• Be proficient in Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software programs to manage customer service history, schedule appointments, and enter repair order information
