Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Drive Lane flow
- Ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service delivery
- Carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression on customers
- Concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person
- Selling technicians' time consistently to service customers
- Distributing work efficiently among technicians
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership
- CDK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Organized and friendly personality
- Knowledge of dealership drive lane
- Valid in-state driver's license
