What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency
- Automotive service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
