Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs
• Create and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally
• Provide estimates and keep customers updated on repair status and timelines
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep work moving efficiently
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
• Help drive service department performance while maintaining a customer-first approach

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple customers and priorities
• Positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus
• Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience may also be a great fit
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements
