Chapel Hill Tire is seeking a driven, reliable, people‑focused Automotive Service Advisor to join the Fast Lane team. You will be the friendly face guiding customers through their car‑care needs, using people skills and sales savvy to recommend the right services, keep the shop moving, and ensure every guest leaves smiling. Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through their vehicle service journey, fostering loyalty and repeat business
• Recommend smart, safe, and valuable services that protect customers’ investment and peace of mind
• Build trust with clear, confident communication by keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs
• Collaborate with the parts coordinator and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
• Master your craft through ongoing learning and skill development

Requirements

• No automotive experience necessary, but appreciated
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work with the general public
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Handle and prioritize phone calls, in‑person customers, and communication with technicians
• Team player with a growth mindset

Pay

Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and certifications; earnings influenced by efficiency and productivity. Pay range: $70k‑$135k+ (top techs can earn more; pay incentive for ASE certifications or assistance obtaining them).
