Pay

Base pay up to $20.00 per hour, plus a Saturday & Sunday weekend premium of $2.50 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, training, location, required travel, and market conditions. Salary estimates published on external job boards may not reflect the actual pay range for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive services efficiently while delivering quality customer service.
• Assist customers with purchases in a sales‑focused environment.
• Use computer systems to check inventory levels and product arrival dates.
• Set up work orders, schedule service work, and communicate with the service department using the VAST system.
• Explain work orders and invoices to customers.
• Process customer payments as a retail cashier.
• Install batteries, balance wheels, and repair/install tires as needed.
• Perform oil changes following LOF procedures when required.
• Demonstrate awareness of and compliance with loss‑prevention and safety policies.
• Interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background checks.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior auto‑repair experience preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
