Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

Baum Chevrolet Buick is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We offer a supportive environment with an established customer base, consistent service volume, and a dedicated team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and technicians to manage repair and maintenance orders from write-up through vehicle delivery.
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations to customers and obtain their approval.
• Maintain and update customer records and monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule

Monday: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (One-hour lunch)

Pay

$60,000-$90,000+ annual earning potential, based on experience and performance.
