All Tune Murfreesboro-6169 is a trusted automotive repair and service center in Murfreesboro, TN dedicated to providing high-quality automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair with integrity and professionalism. We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assess service and repair needs
• Communicate clearly about maintenance recommendations and repair options
• Prepare accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices using the shop’s POS system
• Cook up efficient workflow and quality control with technicians
• Maintain inventory control and order parts as needed
• Monitor profit margins and help achieve sales and productivity goals
• Generate new business by calling on local commercial accounts and fleet customers
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
• Mentor less experienced team members and promote a collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in an automotive repair or service environment preferred
• Knowledge of fleet accounts and aftermarket warranty companies is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay

$54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule

Monday through Friday – No Weekends! Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM Occasional overtime may be available
