Automotive Service Advisor

We're seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about the auto industry and motivated to ensure positive customer experiences. This position comes with a competitive base pay plus commission, with earnings potential up to $80,000 a year.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
• Guide customers through elected services and explain recommended services (e.g., tires, brakes) in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Advise customers on benefits, costs, and product features to help them make informed decisions.
• Build trust and connections to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
• Passion for cars and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Patience, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay
