Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments promptly and courteously.
- Review recommended repairs and services with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Communicate updates if costs, timing, or scope of work change, documenting approvals accurately.
- Distribute work to shop technicians and track progress to ensure timely, high-quality results.
- Cook up warranty repairs, towing services, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed.
- Monitor upcoming inspection and maintenance schedules, proactively notifying customers when service is due.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred, or at least three years in a fast-paced customer service/sales role with a strong record of success.
- Knowledge of automotive technology and ability to communicate service needs clearly to customers and technicians.
- ASE Service Advisor Certification a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background check, drug screening).
Qualifications

Pay
The starting base compensation for this position is $19.35/hr. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week.
- Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule.
- The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
- Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
