About the role

Experienced Automotive Service Advisors can earn $75,000–$150,000+ per year. No automotive experience is required—paid training is provided. Many of our top-performing Service Advisors began their careers in restaurants, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, and other customer‑focused industries. If you have great people skills, we'll teach you the automotive business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression
• Listen carefully to customer concerns
• Prepare repair orders and maintenance recommendations
• Explain repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand manner
• Present estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and exceptional service

Requirements

• Experienced Automotive Service Advisors OR individuals with experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, healthcare, sales, call centers, business development)
• Valid driver's license
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required

Pay

Experienced Advisors: $60,000–$120,000+ annually. Entry‑Level Advisors: $40,000
