Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers as they approach the dealership to proceed into the sales process.
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features.
- Aid customers in the completion of their sales applications.
- Continuous follow up with clients.
- Auxiliary management in increasing sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management.
- Auxiliary management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
- Must be a team player and assist management with whatever might be asked of you.
- Must be punctual and on time every shift.
Qualifications
- Two years of Automotive Sales experience, but we can train with the right selling experience.
- Proven sales track record.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone.
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
- Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic.
- Stay positive.
- Holding yourself accountable and having a "No Excuses" attitude.
- Being a team player.
- Self-motivated.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Goal-oriented.
- Must be coachable and open-minded.
