Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals

Koeppel Hyundai is the newest dealership to the Koeppel Organization. Founded over 83 years ago, Koeppel is a respected company that values its employees to support its growth. We are currently seeking Automotive professionals with previous sales experience to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong closing ability.
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
  • Organized and strong phone and follow-up skills.
  • The ideal candidate must have a powerful desire to succeed.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Representatives spend time with customers at the showroom to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
  • Sales Representatives commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
  • Maintain all required training.
  • Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers and return email / voicemail.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads by referrals.
