Job Summary

Hutchinson Kia of Albany is seeking motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team in Albany, Georgia.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner. Identify and understand customer needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge and information to customers. Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations. Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales with customers. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current automotive trends and technology. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, higher education is a plus. Previous experience in automotive sales not necessary but preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain strong desire to help customer. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must report to work on time. Must be able to complete mandatory factory training.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000 to $120,000 per year, paid on a commission basis. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
