Job Summary
Lamoille Valley Ford is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to help customers find their perfect vehicle and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an entry-level opportunity with a base salary and potential for uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of new and used cars, trucks, and other automotive vehicles
- Establish and manage customer relationships with complete dedication to customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries, build relationships, and understand customer needs
- Prepare sales and marketing materials and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow established processes for closing vehicle sales
- Prepare and deliver paperwork associated with the sale
- Remain up to date with Ford Motor Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
