Responsibilities
- Greet guests and build rapport to understand their needs and vehicle preferences
- Recommend vehicles that align with customers’ lifestyle and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
- Accompany customers on test drives
- Educate customers on warranties, financing options, and the vehicle purchase process
- Maintain knowledge of inventory, product offerings, and emerging vehicle technology
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage sales leads, CRM activities, online inquiries, and appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience in any industry preferred
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to overcome objections professionally
- Persuasive negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude
- Comfortable learning and utilizing dealership software and vehicle technology
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
