Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right vehicle
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Educate customers on warranties, financing options, and the purchase process
- Manage the sales process from the initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Aid customers with completing sales and financing documentation
- Respond to online and phone inquiries and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent customer follow-up
- Stay current on inventory, vehicle features, and automotive technology
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of automotive sales experience required
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology
- Professional, reliable, and punctual work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
