Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
  • Convert internet leads into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales
  • Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Learn a modern automotive sales process designed to maximize customer satisfaction and closing opportunities
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology, safety, performance, and features with confidence
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and showroom guests
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM and dealership communication tools
  • Deliver a transparent and unique customer-focused experience from initial contact to delivery

Requirements
