Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
- Convert internet leads into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Learn a modern automotive sales process designed to maximize customer satisfaction and closing opportunities
- Demonstrate vehicle technology, safety, performance, and features with confidence
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and showroom guests
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM and dealership communication tools
- Deliver a transparent and unique customer-focused experience from initial contact to delivery
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus — but not required
