Vance Auto Group of Woodward is seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience and a passion for building a winning team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and grow a high-performance sales team.
- Hold the team accountable to proven sales processes (no shortcuts here).
- Have daily one-on-one check-ins with each team member to coach, motivate, and develop skills.
- Create a fun employee environment that inspires growth and teamwork.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a world-class purchase experience they’ll want to tell their friends about.
- Drive consistent phone follow-up with clients still searching for a vehicle.
- Ensure after-purchase follow-up calls are made to build lasting relationships and repeat business.

Requirements
- Automotive dealership experience is required.
- Sales Manager experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to motivate others.
