Big Rapids CDJR is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their growing dealership's sales operation. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven, and results-focused leader with experience managing a team and developing talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants
- Desk deals and assist in closing transactions
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent
- Hold the team accountable to performance goals
- Drive lead management and follow-up processes
- Maintain inventory, pricing, and sales performance
- Build strong customer relationships and community connections
- Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations teams
- Create a positive, high-performance sales culture
Requirements
- Automotive dealership management experience preferred
- Strong closing and desking skills
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to coach and develop employees
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
