About the role
Farris Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead one of their fastest-growing and highest-volume dealerships in East Tennessee. This position is not part of a corporate dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-energy sales team
- Drive lead conversion and appointment performance
- Aid in closing deals and maximizing profitability
- Train and mentor developing sales staff
- Help manage inventory, processes, and customer experience
- Support finance and desk operations
- Maintain accountability and performance standards
Requirements
- Automotive sales management experience
- Finance experience preferred
- Strong desking and closing ability
- Proven history of hitting sales goals
- Leadership and team development skills
- High level of accountability and professionalism
