About the role

Farris Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead one of their fastest-growing and highest-volume dealerships in East Tennessee. This position is not part of a corporate dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-energy sales team
  • Drive lead conversion and appointment performance
  • Aid in closing deals and maximizing profitability
  • Train and mentor developing sales staff
  • Help manage inventory, processes, and customer experience
  • Support finance and desk operations
  • Maintain accountability and performance standards

Requirements

  • Automotive sales management experience
  • Finance experience preferred
  • Strong desking and closing ability
  • Proven history of hitting sales goals
  • Leadership and team development skills
  • High level of accountability and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in similar roles
  • Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
  • Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
