Automotive Sales Manager

SUMMARY

The DELLA Auto Group seeks a sales manager to lead their growing sales department. The ideal candidate will work closely with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and improve the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
• Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department
• Handle desk deals, track gross logs, and manage RDR cars

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
