Nucar Toyota of Norwood is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with a passion for customer service looking to start a rewarding career, Nucar provides the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
• Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Keep accurate customer records using our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience welcomed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
