What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from greeting to delivery
  • Build strong relationships and create a no-pressure, trust-based sales experience
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and financing options
  • Maintain follow-up with leads, past customers, and referrals
  • Stay knowledgeable on inventory, features, incentives, and market trends
