Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role Overview: The Store Manager (Manager on Deck) oversees overall store performance, ensuring operational excellence and financial success. Responsible for driving sales, controlling expenses, managing human resources, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales and meet profit goals, and communicate results to staff.Review invoices and reports to identify growth opportunities, and ensure proper asset controls and cash handling procedures.Lead and motivate staff through regular communication, coaching, and performance evaluations. Recruit and hire in partnership with HR.Maintain store appearance, ensure cleanliness, conduct equipment inspections, and oversee merchandising standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two years management or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.Proven ability to lead teams, develop plans, and consistently meet sales and profit targets.Effective communication, coaching, and team development skills.Prior experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not required.Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays, and be at least 18 years old. Physical & Working Conditions: The role involves exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
