Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role Overview: The Store Manager oversees the overall performance of a store, ensuring maximum sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. They establish guest service standards, manage expenses, human resources, and control shrinkage. Key Responsibilities People Management: Set expectations, communicate regularly, coach, and conduct performance evaluations; recruit and hire staff, ensure policy compliance.Financial Management: Analyze business trends, develop sales strategies, review invoices, and maintain asset controls to meet sales and profit targets.Facilities Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, conduct equipment inspections, and coordinate maintenance; manage inventory returns and credit processing. Qualifications & Skills At least two years of team leadership experience in retail or automotive service management.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals and develop effective plans.Previous automotive technician experience is a plus.Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Working Conditions: Exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift weights, and perform full range of motion.
