Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role Overview: The Store Manager (training into a Store Manager position) is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of a market. Key Responsibilities Maximize sales and profitability through expense control, human resource management, and operational oversight.Analyze business trends, review invoices, and implement plans to meet sales and profit targets.Lead, coach, and develop employees, conduct regular performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with company policies.Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and equipment upkeep.Manage inventory, ensure safety protocols, and handle facility inspections. Qualifications & Skills At least two years of management or relevant automotive industry experience.Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.Proven ability to meet sales, profit, and operational goals.Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays; at least 18 years old. Physical & Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in environments with loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
