Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role: Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) Responsibilities Lead store operations, ensuring a customer-first experience, safety, and high performance.Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and retention.Manage store metrics, sales, expenses, inventory, and P&L to meet or exceed targets.Resolve customer concerns professionally and partner with leadership for escalations.Oversee parts and tire inventory, vendor relations, and store safety compliance.Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence through data analysis and action plans.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years in automotive service, retail, or store management with proven success.Strong leadership, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, and inventory.Excellent communication, judgment, and attention to detail.Proficiency with POS systems, reports, and performance data.High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible hours. Preferred Qualifications Automotive or mechanical experience; management roles like Assistant or Service Manager.State Inspector License or ability to obtain; certifications like ASE or technical degrees.
