Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role: Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) Responsibilities: Lead store operations, ensuring a customer-first experience, managing team recruitment and development, analyzing performance metrics, controlling expenses, managing inventory, resolving customer issues, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and partnering with leadership to drive sales and profitability. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management with success in sales and operations.Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities.Experience managing KPIs, budgets, P&L, inventory, and store performance.Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with POS systems and data analysis tools.High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check.Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and shifts. Preferred: Automotive/mechanical experience, management roles (e.g., Assistant Manager), technical or ASE certifications, and state inspector license if applicable.
