Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role Overview: This position is for experienced store managers ready to assume full management responsibilities through a structured MOD program. Candidates will be paired with a high-performing manager to learn operational standards, leadership principles, and customer service expectations, applying skills in real-time and completing training modules. Upon successful completion, they will be placed as store managers when vacancies arise. Key Responsibilities People: Set expectations, communicate regularly, coach employees, ensure policy compliance, recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate staff.Financials: Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales, review financial reports, and maintain asset controls.Facilities: Maintain store cleanliness, conduct equipment inspections, and manage inventory returns. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum two years of team leadership, retail or automotive management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proven sales and profit track record, valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate. Prior technical experience is preferred but not required. Physical & Working Conditions: Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks with full range of motion.
