Automotive Repair Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees overall store performance, focusing on financial success and operational efficiency. They establish guest service standards, manage expenses, human resources, and optimize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing staff; recruiting and conducting performance evaluations; and ensuring compliance with policies.
