Store Manager in a new location, overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees, set expectations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain store standards, handle escalated customer complaints, and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet profit targets.
- Manage inventory, process transactions, and oversee financial performance.
- Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and ensure policy compliance.
- Analyze business trends and develop plans for growth.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and 5+ years of automotive sales or management experience.
Skills
- Proven success in sales, business development, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to meet sales and profit goals and work at least five days including Saturdays.
- Automotive technician experience is preferred but not required.
Pay
Salary range of $90,000-$150,000 annually, including base and bonus. Base pay of $65,000-$75,000 per year.
