Seeking a Store Manager to oversee the overall performance of a retail automotive service store, focusing on both financial and operational success. Key responsibilities include Establishing and maintaining guest services and staff expectations.Managing sales, profitability, expenses, human resources, and inventory shrinkage.Leading recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring policy compliance.Analyzing business trends to develop plans for sales growth and meeting targets.Overseeing store facilities, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and proper inventory returns. Qualifications Include Two+ years of team leadership in retail or automotive management.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals.Experience as an Automotive Technician is a plus but not required.Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate or accept placement. Physical demands involve working in varied environments, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with hazardous materials.
