Automotive Repair Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage store standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions; handle escalated customer issues.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees; enforce company policies and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive sales through business development, analyze trends, and meet financial targets.
• Manage inventory, process transactions, and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and 5+ years in automotive sales or management.
• Experience in team leadership, business strategy, and achieving sales goals; automotive technician experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 annually, including salary and bonus.
