Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role Overview: An experienced Store Manager ready to assume full management responsibilities through a structured Manager-On-Deck (MOD) program. This is a certified, non-entry-level position focused on leadership, operational excellence, and customer service in the automotive retail sector. Key Responsibilities People Management: Set expectations, communicate goals, coach, counsel, and conduct performance evaluations for employees. Recruit and partner with HR for hiring and ensure policy compliance.Financial Oversight: Analyze business trends, develop growth strategies, meet sales and profit targets, review invoices, and maintain asset controls.Facilities Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, equipment upkeep, and timely maintenance to uphold store standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years of team leadership in retail or automotive service management.Proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Preferred experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate if needed.Ability to work five or more days weekly, including weekends. Physical & Working Conditions: Ability to work in varied environments with exposure to noise, fumes, and temperature changes. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks required for store operations.
