Role Overview

The Store Manager oversees the overall performance of a retail automotive service location, focusing on maximizing sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• People Management: Set clear expectations, train, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure compliance with policies; recruit and hire new team members.
• Financial Oversight: Analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales and profit goals, monitor invoices and reports, and control assets and expenses.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, equipment, and proper inventory handling.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least two years of team leadership experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales and profit targets and develop strategic plans.
• Preferred experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role; valid driver's license required.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate in varying environments.
