Automotive Repair Store Manager

We are seeking a Automotive Repair Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service in tire and automotive repairs. The role involves managing daily store operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining store standards. Qualifications include a current valid Driver’s license, at least five years of sales experience in auto repair management or related automotive business, and proven success in managing and coaching teams to meet sales and profit goals. Previous technician experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, business development, and strategic planning skills are essential. The manager will handle customer complaints, oversee employee performance, ensure policy compliance, analyze business trends, and develop strategies to maximize sales. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 annually, including salary and bonus, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
