Automotive Repair Store Manager

We are seeking a Automotive Repair Store Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage daily store operations. Responsibilities include: ensuring guest satisfaction, coaching staff, maintaining store standards, analyzing sales trends, managing inventory, and meeting sales and profit goals. Qualifications: valid driver’s license, 5+ years of auto repair or related sales management experience, proven ability to develop and exceed sales targets, strong leadership and communication skills. Experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not required. Compensation: $80,000-$160,000 annually, comprising salary plus bonus.
