Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role: The Automotive Repair Store Manager leads daily operations, manages staff, and ensures exceptional customer service in an auto repair setting. Responsibilities Oversee store performance, sales, and profitability.Lead and coach team members, set expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.Maintain high customer service standards, handle escalated complaints, and ensure store standards are met.Analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales goals, and manage inventory.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular meetings and audits.Handle administrative tasks such as POS entries and phone inquiries. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license required.Minimum five years of sales experience in auto repair management or related automotive business.Proven success in team leadership, business development, and achieving sales/profit targets.Strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills.Experience as an automotive technician is a plus but not mandatory.Ability to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays. Compensation & Benefits: $80,000-$160,000 annually (salary + bonus).
