Automotive Repair Store Manager

We are seeking a Automotive Repair Store Manager to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities include: ensuring outstanding guest experiences, managing staff through clear communication and coaching, maintaining store standards, handling escalated customer issues, analyzing business trends, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. Qualifications: valid driver’s license, 5+ years of automotive sales or management experience, proven success in achieving sales and profit goals, strong leadership and business development skills, and ability to work at least five days including Saturdays. Previous technician experience is a plus but not required.
