Automotive Repair Store Manager

Seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the overall performance of a retail automotive service location. Responsibilities include managing sales, profitability, expense control, human resources, and store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key duties involve team leadership by setting expectations, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations; financial management through analyzing sales trends, meeting targets, and controlling assets; and facility maintenance to uphold cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
