Automotive Parts Counterperson
About the role

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for individuals approaching the parts pick-up window
- Aid service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories
- Train on inventory control, stocking, and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom
- May deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and hold a clean, valid driver's license
- High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate, or equivalent education
- 1+ years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented

Schedule
The typical schedule for a Parts Counterperson is Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate, or equivalent education, and 1+ years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting.
Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and detail-oriented are essential.
