Automotive Parts Counterperson

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers with Parts ordering, pricing, questions, pulling parts from stock and receiving as necessary.
• Answer all internal and external phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform dept. shipping and receiving functions when needed from Mfg, FedEx, UPS, etc. Including stocking shelves, following all receiving paperwork/guidelines in place.
• Process parts inventory returns to manufacturer as directed by manager.
• Perform inventory control functions.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, professional work area and assist in entire department's organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Dealership or Auto parts store experience needed.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude is a must.
• Good employment references.
