About the role
The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join their team at Nissan Harrisburg and Honda Harrisburg.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for individuals approaching the parts pick-up window
- Assist service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories
- Train on inventory control, stocking and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom
- May deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver's license
- High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail Oriented
